  • Directions

Floor Preparation: Use a recommended floor stripper for removal of old finish from floors where static control is desired. Strip and remove solutions from floor with mop or wet dry vacuum. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to completely dry.

Application: Using a clean mop or applicator apply a thin uniform coat of NO-Zap™. Allow to dry for 40-60 minutes after each coat. Do not apply more than 3 coats. Floor should be thoroughly dry before traffic is allowed in area.

NOTE: Avoid applying of NO-ZAP™ Static Dissipative Floor Coating under high humidity conditions. This product contains Zoran™, which absorbs water from the atmosphere and can affect the properties of the floor coating. Wait 72 hours after application before cleaning, buffing or re-coating.

    Restorative Maintenance:

Mopping with NO-ZAP™: If floor surface is relatively clean, use NO-ZAP™ Static Dissipative Floor Coating at a 1:1 dilution with cool water and apply to improve floor resistivity.

Damp Mopping: Use NCL ENHANCE Neutral Floor Cleaner at a ratio of 1 oz. per gallon of water for mopping and 1 oz. per gallon of water for auto-scrubbing.

Spray Buffing with 1000 RPM equipment or higher: Use NO-ZAP™ Static Dissipative Floor Coating at a dilution of 1 part finish to 5 parts water. Buff floor using white or light colored synthetic pad.

Re-coating: Perform re-coating when the floor resistivity is above 109 ohms, or as required.
