Q: How do I clean the grout in my bathrooms?
A: Dirt in the grout builds up over time. Using a brush designed for grout and NCL’s Cyclone this problem will go away quickly.

Q: Why are the floors that I just mopped sticky?
A: Floors will become or remain sticky for a few reasons. 1) Under diluting of the chemical in the water (using too much chemical). 2) Using hot water. 3) Not using the right cleaner to clean a sticky floor.

Q: What is the best way to get coffee stains out of carpet?
A: A general purpose carpet spotter will work. First make sure that all liquid is picked up as much as possible. Starting at the outer edge of the stain and working your way into the center spray the spotter and blot up with a clean towel. NCL would recommend the use of All In One RTU as a carpet spotter that will not leave a sticky residue behind.

Q: Is there any way to remove urine odors?
A: Urine is best removed using an enzyme based product. Simply spray the enzyme (heavy) where the source of the urine odor is and let dry. IF this is on carpet… then after soaking the area with enzymes cover with a clean towel and let dry overnight. When the top towel is dry then remove and launder. NCL recommend the use of Nature’s Solution.

Q: Should I vacuum or dust first?
A: You should dust first before you use the vacuum. However, make sure that you are using a HEPA vacuum or there is a high chance your vacuum will blow the dust back into the air and you will need to dust again in a few hours.
